most tacitc shields don't go for much because of the +45 -2 collector shield.

I sold one like this for 7K, but the guy offered that, I would have sold for 5K.

I kinda think it is a bit higher than 7k or so. Anyway, I have another 11 tac shield, 38HP enchanted, -2 dmg (9%), roughly inline with this one. I'll try sell that at 15 to 20k. 
Of course, time is an important factor. I won't care standing in LA trying to sell a junk for 6 hours, since all my alts are lvl 20, discovered all maps, and captured all elites already.
I don't have pvp spirit...
