Energy Management - Please help

Hello,

I'm a mesmer and I bought some mesmer armour which increases energy regeneration (the blue meter). However, I bought it and the arrows (there were four of them) did NOT increase. Is four the maximum? I had no other equipment which boosted energy regeneration. Anyone know the problem?

Actually, you should have checked the armor you took off. It had that bonus too. Don't believe me? Take off your armor and the bars will go away.

4 pips (the arrows) is for now the normal maximum unless somebody casts a spell on you but thats another story

casters get 4 pips this includes monks, mesmers, elemtalist and necromancer

rangers get 3 pips and warriors 2
