I think you need to have been around here a while before you become a trade moderator.

100k trades don't work well because there are untrustworthy people. Someone that just registered this month (AKA TODAY OR YESTERDAY) and makes a post on a forum trying to be a safe-guard won't get much attention since you also are hardly trustworthy. No, I'm not stereotyping that everybody that wants to get a business doing this needs to have a super high post-count and a long-time member, but it surely helps rather than a poorly written advertisement that had to be edited because you made a LARGE typo. (Probably didn't even know that 100k was the limit in bar).
