Wtb Shield

i wanna buy a shield that has max def, highest health that a shield can give u(always), it has to be rare and the shield has to be colored gold or is gold, req. 7 or 8 str, any other mods would be good but has to meet my standard

gold reinforced buckler
16 armor
-2damage in stance
+26 health always
9 req tactics

need more health and need str req 7 or 8 but otherwise everything is good
