Because he gave you a server not a site. You have to download teamspeak and put what he gave you into the "server address" box.

Just for Others out there... Teamspeak is a voice chat Client Server system for online games. so instead of typing you can jsut talk to each other.

Two primary modes are used.
VOX with is active when you talk without a button press.
And Push to talk. Kinda like a CB radio. you press a button to talk and let go to listen. though it is possible to talk over people, and still hear it in this mode.

Generally large gaming clans use these TS servers for their members to better communicate in games that require teamwork to play well. Or just to taunt each other in Head to head matches. both are equally fun.

In GuildWars TS is a Added benefit for PvP and GvG matches. and a convenience for PvE, but not necessary.

Our clan also recomends the TeamSpeak Overlay program.
Which lets you see in game who is talking.
Be warned though the Overlay is in alpha still and does cause problems in game if turned off improper. only time I ever have a problem is when I'm still in game and I alt tab out for something (usually MSN message) and forget and turn it off.
