I would like to buy a Holy Rod (or Wand) with Energy Regeneration bonuses on it. It must be 11-22 Holy dmg.

Items don't come with energy REgen. There is energy DEgen (+15E, -1 regen). Are you looking for 11-22, +15 energy, -1 energy regen, +30 health?

I need something that either boosts my energy without degen or a regen of energy.
