help critique my ranger build

- Conjure Lightning (Air Magic)
Lose all Enchantments. For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a lightning weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 11 lightning damage.
Energy:10 Cast Time:1 Recharge:60

- Gale (Air Magic)
Knock down target enemy for 3 seconds. This spell causes Exhaustion. With less than 5 in Air Magic, this skill has a 50% chance to fail.
Energy:5 Cast Time:1 Recharge:5

- Hunter's Shot (Marksmanship)
If Hunter's Shot hits, you strike for +13 damage. If this attack hits a foe that is moving or knocked down, that foe begins bleeding for 21 seconds.
Energy:2.2 Cast Time:0 Recharge:5

- Poison Arrow [Elite] (Wilderness Survival)
If Poison Arrow hits, your target becomes poisoned for 6 seconds.
Energy:2.2 Cast Time:0 Recharge:1

- Distracting Shot (Expertise)
If Distracting Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action but deals only 15 damage. If the interrupted action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds.

- Pin Down (Marksmanship)
If Pin Down hits, your target is crippled for 13 seconds.
Energy:6.6 Cast Time:0 Recharge:15

- Whirling Defense (Expertise)
For 20 seconds, you have 75% chance to block attacks. Whenever you block an arrow this way, adjacent foes take 11 piercing damage.

- Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. You can only use this skill ring once per mission.

The idea is to first put on conjure lightning, then gale the enemy to knock him down and hit him immediately with hunter's shot to cause bleeding, then after that u can hit him with poison arrow to cause poison. Even tho it doesnt last that long, it is spammable. the other skills are some of the basics of a ranger build.

This is my first build ever and any opinions will be helpful

take out gale, it causes u exhaustion so it bascically will drop you down to 23energy i think with druids or 15energy with normal set. You cant use it much. Also, with hunter/poison arrow that isnt much dmg 7pips, 14dps not too impresive. Also in the middle of fighting there wont me as much as a chance of getting bleeding on hunters. You must you drop poison arrow for melandru arrow, or punishing shot since you dont have anything in wilderness and with 1 wilderness, ull have like 4sec poison which is pathetic. Then, having penetrating is a must since with ur current build, u wont be able to do much dmg. As for the conjure, i dont know. Some people like them but i personally dont and would rather like a goood kindle arrows which at 11wilderness(use minor rune) will add extra 18fire dmg which is pretty good. Then you also get troll,traps and other goodies.

marks of rogart <-- is that the name of it?
glyph of lesser energy (use for when casting MoR)
pin down
fav winds (or really any spirit you like.. maybe EW if u dont wana use glyph)
res signet (also.. whatever you prefer to use, mebe storm chaser.. i duno)

the nice thing about this build is you dont have to worry about spending too much into expertise, just spread your points evenly almost

that verson really is about 50% dmg and 50% condition, you can rly mess around with it and see what you like. hope it helps
