My character is an Elem/Necro (Fire/Blood).

I never had any trouble progressing in the game until i got to Yak's Bend.

Theses dwarves are the death of me. Literally.

Soloing is out of the question for me in this area. So, i usually have a Healer and Fighter Henchmen with me all the time.

Up to this point, i always used Aura of Restoration to restore health while engaging enemies. Unfortunately it gets dispelled first thing in a battle by the dwarves. I tried replacing it by Necro skills, but it's not quite as effective.

I'm currently doing some testing with skills that i have overlooked but any ideas beside having 7 henchmen with me all the time would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

From Yaks bend and beyond you will see alot of monsters that are able to remove enchantments. You just have to learn to play around it, best suggestion I can give to you would be group with other people. Henchmen are good once you have really learned the game, but usually people are better while learning it. As for skills, go strong on fire and use vampiric touch and vampiric gaze if you need to heal yourself. Really, you shouldnt need to heal yourself much though, let the melees get the aggro while you stand back and lay waste to them with your area fire spells.

Yeah, good skill. I get 50 health form the nearest corpse. If there is a corpse around that is .

Since i specialize in blood magic, i'll try Vampiric Gaze for a while, but Soul Feast seems the best option. In the end, i'll probably convert to Death, or change to Elem/Monk when the time comes.

Thanks!
