300k? This may have two perfect upgrades, but put together on a while enchanted weapon brings the value down. . I would say 130k.

Its worth 250k or around there. The reason it is worth more than Sino's estimate in my opinion is because it is a Summit which are fairly sweet looking and because it has a 8 req. Also, the while enchanted mod is fabulous for a whole lot of people these days, especially with axes. *cough*.
