You are ruining it all if....

- If you just farm for hours.
- If you buy virtual items (or complete accounts) on Ebay to support farming, and if you do not report someone else for doing so.
- If you dont like the game anymore and you sell it with your account. (no matter if you are selling virtual items illegaly).
- If you misthreat (new) players with insults, scamming, lowering drop rates by farming, ... or just by a general lack of monks in PvE.

You are helping "it all", if you make a good gaming atmosphere to help spreading guild wars (not if its thats necessary).

"It All" doesnt only mean "fun in the game" , it means all of guild wars and some big parts of ncsoft and Areanet.

They have to sell this game really often to keep it running at a proper state, because it has no running costs for you, but for whoever pays the servers and updates.
The concept of monthly free MMORPG is a risky calculation (that only works because GW has a lot of "Client to Client") and if all of a sudden everyone thinks: "why should i buy this game", its going down for everyone!

Of course you dont care as long as it wont affect you.
Think about growing lags again...

And once again because your didnt really do it in conclusion with "running in proper state"
