You just missed out man. Gave away a bunch of free max stuff tonight to lower level players. Alot of folks give away stuff around Old Ascalon and Great Northern Gate if you're below a certain level.

Monsters drop free stuff all the time. Just run outside and kill some.

Thats a shame, i was out and about too. Still trying to find my way around, first time on guild wars last night. Really enjoyed it.
