Elementalist shoes in pre sear ascalon

All the online guides say that Collector Rownan near Master Ranger Nente in Regent Valley has the shoes... but when I talk to him, he doesnt. Is there anything I need to get before talking to him to get him to have the shoes?

No the shoes GIRL is actually in the catacombs. She askes for FIVE gargoyle skulls, go into the catacombs down the first set of stairs and go right, follow the little path down, and there should be a load of them, Theres a group at the back, with a lvl 3 shatter gargoyle, Lower lvls watch him, he really annoyed me!!

There's 2 collectors if I remember correctly I could be wrong. I know one is definately at the start as you go in from Ashford Abbey. Down steps and imediately take a right turn. The collector should be stood in some kind of a ruin building. This is the one that gives the shoes.
