i'd guess at least 50k, but even then i'm way under from what i have seen recently.

Yes 1 is very nice. If that req was a bit lower it would be fabulous but I have a feeling that wont stop folks from giving you pretty decent bids for it. A few of the others that I want to say are pretty nice have such high reqs on them that its hard. I'm just not sure. =/
