the item is rare with a gold name

sundering spatha of enchanting (req 10)
damage +20% while hexed
armor penetration +10% (chance 10%)
enchantments last 20% longer

I will end whenever i feel like, lets start at 10k. I know the while hexed mod sucks but the other ones dont, im not expecting much on it but i dont really need this.
