I was just thinking about this particular spinal shiver build.
N/W
Offering of the Blood
Spinal Shiver
Parasitic Bond
Sever Artery
Gash
Hamstring
Bonneti's Defense
Rez Signet
Basically cast Spinal Shiver then Parasitic Bond immediately so that Spinal Shiver can't be removed. Whenever Parasitic Bond is removed, you should immediately cast it again. On one hand, spinal shiver will last through the whole duration, on the other hand, you gain 100+ hp whenver parasitic bond is removed.
Sword is here for 2 reasons, condition spam and ice damage to trigger spiny shiver. So I am looking at Icy Sword. What would be a good suffix mod for a build like this?
I use offering of the blood to regain mana due to the heavy mana depletion from Spinal Shiver. Bonneti's defense is also used to help regain mana.
Attribute would look something like this:
11 + 4 Curse
10 + 1 Blood
9 Swordsmanship
4 Tactics
What do you guys think of this build?
I think this works well in PvP because you can disable a caster easily while using this.
Possible Spinal Shiver build?

I play a similar build and it works well. You can kill a Monk solo. The only problem with your build is that your attributes are too spread out. Tactic, Sword, Curse and Blood.
Soiled Egg Roll
Their not that spread out. If he took out all his tactics, he would only get 1 swordsmanship.
Enigmatics
Even Offering of Blood won't afford you too many uses of Spinal Shivers.

Im thinking that if I hit someone and knock him down, I would attack someone else because it takes 1-2 seconds for them to get up so it is pointless to attack one person continuously. Maybe I can try to get 2-3 ppl constantly disrupted? I'll have to try that.
I just received words that @ lvl 17, Spinal Shiver only takes off 4 mana. So Awaken the blood + spinal shiver at lvl 15 should work

I put 4 into tactics because I have a few loose points and 1 in sword does not change my damage output too much. The 4 tactics can give me an extra 2-3 seconds on bonetti to refill my mana. Although I see your point. I mean the only reason I got lvl 11 blood is for Offer of the Blood, which is a waste of 10 skill points. I'm going to modify this build a bit and see what I can come up with.
