lmao.. korean rangers the other night

my guild and i were up against this korean pickup group in tombs and they had at least 4 rangers spamming storm chaser and blackout on our monks(including me) the entire match while 2 warriors just moved from person to person taking each one out. i was a victim to this blackout technique and i have to say i was pretty impressed (although severely disappointed in the lameness of it all) with the way they pulled it off because i was basically unable to cast a spell that had more than a 1/2 a second cast timer on it. does anyone have a clue as to what the specifics in this build are?

Quickening Zephyr, you needed to kill that. Unless of course they were Echoing the Blackout.

Snares would've helped too.

Using serpent's quickness with blackout would make more sense to me, but zephyr and echoing blackout are also possibilites.
