This is the most effective way to spam meteor shower I had found so far. (feel like sharing today)
E/R
Oath Shot
Glyph of Sacrifise
Meteor Shower
Energizing Wind
Serpent quickness/Quickening zephyr
Those are mainly the skills that were used, everything else is up to you (ex: slow down, pin down, extra damage... etc)
Oath shot, it does not work like how the description say... or at least so far. As long as you have meet your marksmanship's requirement for your bow, you seem to be able to hit as long as it physically hit... (that means it will only fail if someone use skill to block/evade or physically dodge it).
and the rest is pretty straight foward.
Most effective way to spam Meteor Shower.

that really isnt a skill you want to spam in my opinion.
exhaust isnt really something you want on a ranger.

hmm... E/R?? that means you have energy storage...
Rhys
I'd only put oath shot on a ranger, because oath shot has a 50% chance to miss without 8 or higher expertise... which an elementalist primary doesn't have.
Ander Deathblade
yes, Oath Shot is now confirmed as an Expertise skill.

I have tested it... however, expertise did nothing to it... I don't know if it is bug or not, as long as your marksmanship reach your bow requirement... you can suceed.
If it was a bug, and was fixed after april BWE... It would still be good, 50% is not bad at all considering the recharge time (way better than 90 sec).

Meteor Shower (Spell) Exploding meteors strike the area near your target. Each strikes for 7..91 damage and knocks down anyone it hits. This spell causes Exhaustion. Updated: 4/15/05 25 5 sec. 60 sec.
That 5 second cast time screams interrupt me. If you can pull it off, it has potential to do quite a bit of damage, but if the other team knows what they're doing, most of them will have an interrupt on them. After you get your first one off you have to worry about drawing too much attention and being interrupted or even focused.

Glyph of Sacrifice [5,1,15] (Spell) Your next spell may be cast instantly, but takes an additional 120 seconds to recharge.
He intends to use Glyph of Sacrifice to avoid the 5 second cast time and Oath Shot to recharge both.
Might use Determined Shot to recharge Oath Shot.
Determined Shot [5,0,10] (Bow Attack) If Determined Shot hits, you strike for +(3..15) damage. If Determined Shot fails to hit, all of your attack skills are recharged.

haha, i havent thought of determined shot to recharge oath shot...
but I did thought of using it before, however... Hmm... I used to thought that determined shot is a bit too situational... but now I just came up with an idea to make it 100% to recharge... @_@ good suggestion.
