How to counter -1 heatlh degen

I got a vampiric flabmerge, and naturally its -1 health degen. I have not yet seen any items to counter this, and its starting to look kinda lame. I have another weapon set equipped and I pull it out only inthe heat of battle, but I would like to be able to use it al the time. Do any items have +1 health regen to counter this? My warrior isnt a monk, so I cant cast mending on myself to counter it.

switch the weapon right before you attack. there are no weapons with +1 health regen.

Switch to a W/mo and get Mending. Or be a W/N and use a life drain skill. Or do what Baka says.

Best thing to do would be to remake you character unless you're too far.

Or trade it for a sword without health degen.
