puzzling question, hopefully someone will know

hey everyone, this is the first time I have posted in this forum, but hopefully someone out there will have the answers I am looking for. I created a noob N/E for PvE, recently ascended her, now I cant seem to get 2 skills to 12. At the moment I have 16 blood, 11 Fire magic with no other attributes in other stats. How can I get 12 Fire?I have done the quest from Droknars to get the 15 extra attrib points but still cant get to 12 fire magic, any help out there?

there are 2 15-attribute quests. Perhaps you missed the one in the desert?

i dont get it

ive done the once from droknars where you need to go to the frozen forest and visit vanyi's sister, where is the other one?

The second quest starts from Destiny's Gorge which will give you Forgotten Wisdom Quest. Then you will need to head out and find the forgotten. After you finish the quest, the forgotten will give you the quest for the 15 points which is Forgotten's Challenge (I think).
