hilt +21 health good?

my friend got this hilt that adds +21 health and he asked me if he should use it, I didnt know, so I hope some else could tell me if he should use it.

No, it isn't good.

well Eonwe it depends what other hilts he has. If he has nothing else it's good but otherwise not really.

I often notice that people treat items in this game as certain other people treat computers on other forums. If the computer isn't maximum specification, costing so much that you have to sell half your family to afford it, then it's worthless. Items seem to be regarded with the same mentality; if it isn't the best of the best, requiring you to scour the suicidal areas of Tyria by yourself with nothing but a twig and some sand to help you, it's completely worthless.

Had he asked if this hilt was the 'best', or if he was trying to sell it for 70k, then I'd understand someone simply saying 'no, it's not'. As it stands, this is probably one of the first hilts he's found, and perhaps he's not the whole way through the game yet.

In which case, yes, it's OK. It's not the best, but it's certainly better than the one you're using at the moment, right? You may find a better one later on, so you can simply replace it when you do. I would recommend replacing it with an armour upgrade if you ever find one, but for now it's better than nothing.
