Its pointless using a healing spell that has a duration significantly shorter than its cooldown, your gunna end up diying before you can recast.
If by some miracle u can survive the gap without diying its likely you dont need it.

Mending +4 and watchful spirit (+2) is only going to give you +3 regen (due to bleed), thats not enough (when your taking 5 damage per hit) to keep yourself alive. You would end up using mark of protection right at the start and then ur a bit buggered later on. the key to the build is healing breeze, mending +4 and breeze should be enough to keep yourself alive, if you find yourself steadily losing life you may want to put a few skill points in devine favour so that when you cast protective spirit (which has a low cooldown) your healing yourself fully. Again i say a spell like mark of protect has a cooldown that is too high and therefore wont work effectively, your better off using something else.

just dropped two skills from my Mo/W 55hp build and replaced them, hint is....two friendly spirits
:P Works perfectly, cant take on giant mobs like i used to, but its like being back with the original 105 build, have to take things a little slowly and only take 3-4 aataxes at a time 
good to see its not been completely nerfed, already gotten 2 ectos on this run

But im wondering if not trying to use this +3 prot bond... Essence bond gives me +1 each time im taking dmg and the balthazars spirit gives me some enegy too but i dunno the amount of it. So i only have to find another energy regen spell to become invinci again... Anyone know how much energy flows from balths spirit?

Balth spirit gives +1 energy every time your hit, its only the amount of adrenaline that changes according to your smiting level. There are no other skills that give you energy when your hit... thats why prot bond is so useless now
