This is indeed a sad thread, but all of you people that accidentally sell all of these awesome items should uncheck the bag on the sell screen where you put all of these items, that way this cannot happen. Saved me a few times...

My noob story Playing the game about 2 weeks get a superior monk rune in a kyrta mission, so i have 20k to burn. I am a noob so oooooh ya I want a fds. Bought a blue 15-21 with no mods for 3.5k cus I thought they did more dmg and hey Rurick had one

I got a gold wingblade drop, equiped it, vamp, ided it, 2:1, dmg mod: pruneing, +19% to plants
unlocked zealous string with faction for future use, next week got a zealous bow drop. exp. salvage: 5 wood.
almost unlucky thing: My mouse has a very light click and so while I was dyeing my brand new 15k druid's (with about 3k gold left on my account) I accidentally drag my boots down to the trash(it's so close all it takes is a click) Luckily there was a confirmation box. PHEW!

Along with very many salvaging/ID mistakes (which I just cross my fingers now and close my eyes), my very first character ever I used a black dye on my pre-searing armor boots because I really didn't see the point of dyes at the time. Got out of pre-searing and checked out the dye trader :O.

Also, when trying to get to places in the desert with one of my characters, I noticed the henchies were dying fairly quickly, so I start to run to one of the portals with a sand drake chasing me, thinking he would give up before I got to the portal, I get smacked for 505 damage and instantly die. Huh? I started messaging guildies about it, and they were all laughing saying that was one strong drake. I'm not imagining that either, it showed up on my screen in big red letters. Anyway, respawn, back to trying it again, this time noticing that the drake that vaporized me before isn't there.

When I first started the game I had sephis axe (max, purple, with decent mods) drop for me... I spent DAYS - WEEKS - 2MONTHS! trying to sell it for a few k

I sold it to the merch and 3wks later everyone wanted one for LOTS of money...

I had a pretty cool max earth staff (I didn't know it was an orrish skin) - I put a +28hp mod on it, thinking I could sell it pretty decent.... No one would even pay 2k for - so I tried to get my +28hp mod back...
1wk later I found out it was a rare skin that everyone is dieing to have...

All I got out of it was 28wood planks!

Lastly I decided yesterday that while my hubby was at school - I would do a PUG to get him through THK so that he and I could do RoF together...
He logs onto AIM and I IMMEDIATELY tell him: "don't log on, I am on your account doing Thunderhead Keep right now..."
He responds with: o_O

I didn't have time to say anything else we had taken the bonus - I thought that would be enough... I see the error of my ways when I click on my blinking AIM in the breif pause that we had and I see him saying: "logging onto GW in 5...

He logged on just as I was checking the message, and behind me GW logs me off and tells me someone else has logged on!

Oh I swear I was ready to strangle him! I yelled at him (as best as can be done in typos)... He got mad at me for yelling at him cause he was an idiot...

His excuse: "I'm sorry I thought you were just being coy."

It wouldnt have been so bad really - except Dorian was on the way to the Keep after one last onslaught... so the mission was ALMOST complete..... WITH BONUS!
The PUGs sucked bad, except for like TWO of them... -_- but the warrior had finally stopped agroing EVERYTHING (he kept calling us newbs - but how many ppl do you know that go into that mission and head right to the avicaras and NOT go across the bridge???? Granted after we beat the mission once with my guildies we did - just for the fun of it - we left one person with the king so the mission wouldnt be a total loss)

So later I did it for him while he was at work and told him that if he logged on I would have to kill him! >_<

Expert salvaged a staff with a perfect enchant mod and got a pile of wood.
