if i was gonna sell something for over 100k how do you guys go about doing it

don't charge more than 100K for an item...nothing in the game is even worth close to 100K.

No, don't buy an item for more than 100k, but sell an item for as high as you can. If people have so much money that they want to burn it, then let them.
