theres a person in my guild who was the victim of "spousal crimes", called the cops, and got him thrown in jail. I dont know her, but many people in my guild do know her in real life and she shipped her kids *away* and was trying to work out a way to leave home when he got off bond.

The guy makes bond, and re-commits these crimes and then comes online threatening me and bragging about it, openly admitting he did all these things.

I have 15 screenshots, this guy thinks he is above the law but i have no idea how to do anything with the photos, converting them from bmps, etc.

I would really appreciate some help, and can anet do ANYTHING at all? I honestly feel that she will be murdered in the next month and these screenshots are damning evidence.

You need to be talking to the police, not to ANet.

She could be just playing with you... I doubt Anet could do anything about it?

It sounds like you should be calling the police, not anet. Certainly the people who know her in real-life should.

theve already thrown the guy in jail twice (once for assault adn again for violating the protection order), the police cant do anything until he commits a crime and this guy just walks all over the law

edit > i also live on the other side of country so i personally cant do anything except submit these screenshots

Um..sending screenshots would probably just have the account banned.

Making threats is a crime, and you have hardcopy evidence.

if you really fear for her safety, i would suggest calling the police. i guess they got people that know, how to look at and store your screenshots.
maybe screenshots are not hardcopy evidence, but enough to find the right logs. which would be enough evidence, i guess.

maybe you need proof of that account REALLY being that guy, but maybe the police could ask anet for this.

i guess you are from the states, and i know your laws only from telly.

If it can be shown that only that guy has access to his account it is.
