Necrotic Transversal

Here's an odd thing that happened to me yesterday. Effectively took me out of the game.

We were in the middle of a fight and I cast Necrotic Transversal to teleport to a dead body and poison the mob around it. Well, apparently we were right beneath a bridge of sorts (in this case it was a plant/log that traversed the canyon we were walking in). So instead of taking me right to the center of the mob to the dead body, it took me to the spot directly over that body onto a big log way up on top of the map! There was no way to get down from there, and I took too long to figure out what had happened so all the dead bodies were gone and I couldn't use Necrotic again to get out of there! So I was stuck there with no recourse. Really weird. I should have taken screenshots but I didn't. I will if it happens again.

By the way, Necrotic is cool for when you kill something that is in a place you can't reach (like the top of the towers in that one mission). If it drops a nice item for you, like it happened to me two days ago, you can just pop up there and get it. And hope like hell you got another body you can use to get out of there!

By the way, I know what PvP is but what are the other acronyms? PvE, etc.

On a side note! If you stand directly below those towers you can pick up items I recall.

Anyway, weird bug O_o

PvE is Player vs. enviroment.
AoE is area of effect
PBAoE is point blank area of effect
UAS is unlock all skills
LOL is laughing out loud

not true ... unless they have changed that. I was unable to grab my gold armor that dropped up there ... i stood there and ran around the tower anything no love though.

if your a necro a you are using necrotic transversal then w=once your up there you would need your team to lure more to you.

PvE = Player versus enemies (i think)
HoH = Hall of Heroes
ToPK = Tomb of Primeval Kings
UW = Underworld
FoW = Fissure or Fissure of Woe

Those are the ones used quite often

Use it to get in before the Putrids...
