+3 hexed is kinda useless, 10% is max though. I would guess 2k to 5k. Anything above that is an odd offer and should be accepted asap.

I doubt you will find any buyer for axe ...

ye, i sold a single mode cane for 5k, 10% fast cast max dmg. Players usually likes energy, so single mode fast cast/recharge is not so valuable.
