depending on what skills you use, i'd probably either use all strength or all tactics, not both. you're spread across too many attribute lines in my opinion.

Yeah, you're way too spread out. Do one or two things and do them well instead of sucking at everything.

Apply Poison + Cyclone Axe + "Victory is Mine!" seems very popular.

All those points in marksmanship are wasted. As a warrior primary you don't have the energy or expertise to use the high cost bow attacks effectively. I'd still carry a longbow for pulling though, but just... don't bring any bow attack skills, and focus on your sword, and other warrior skills in your tactics/str line.

fyi, for the end-game RoF missions, winter is a great skill to bring since your a ranger.
