guild vs guild problems

Ok my guild leader bought a new account and made a new guild with his OTHER account. Now when we try to fight each others guild, it doesn't work.

If I(an officer of old guild) issue him(guild leader of new guild) an unrated challenge or a rated challenge he NEVER gets the invite for some reason...

then if he issues me a RATED/unrated challenge I get the invite and accept and it says
"you have accepted the challenge, battle starting in:"

and there's no count down timer or anything it just sits there...

so i left the old guild and he designated me as leader of the new one and he, as the leader of the old guild issued a challenge rated/unrated and i could not see the invite.

So we got a random other guild to try to issue our new guild a challenge and I couldnt see the invite or accept it either..

this would be better to tell anet about becuase i dont think any of us are going to know why this is happening considering i didnt make the freakin game.

well i contacted guild wars technical support . hopefully they reply, it`s been 24hrs..

i sincerely hope you are not doing this to increase your guild ranking by not competing in real battles.
