Collector Holy Rod :: 20% Faster Casting of Healing Prayers -- Does it exist?
1 pages • Page 1
The only high-level Collector's item for healing prayers that I've seen is the offhand Healing Ankh 12/20/20 with a 9 Healing Prayers requirement. Since there isn't a corresponding weapon, one solution is to combine this with a rod/wand desgined for your second highest attribute (all max Collector rods/wands req 9), or to find a sword or axe and place mods on it that you like - even if you don't meet the req on it, it's really only being used as a carrier for upgrades anyway.
Another option is to get the 10/20/20 Holy Staff (with 9 divine prayers req) then add an Insightful Staff Head and/or Wrapping to boost the energy higher - a lot of healing monks have high divine prayers anyway, and the 20/20 boost is good for those skills. Even if you don't have 9 Divine Prayers, I'm pretty sure that the Divine Prayers requirement is only for the 11-22 fire dmg, and that the full +10 Energy is still added anyway.
On any weapon, whatever the req is written next to is what it effects... I used to carry a rare one-handed water wand with a +15 energy bonus that had a high Water Magic requirement to see the full damage output - though I had no Water Magic at all (N/Mo) the energy bonus was still accepted, yet it did only half of the damage listed. Might be something worth looking into, if dealing damage isn't that big of a deal anyway.
