PC battle axe of fortitude

15<50 is pretty average. Doubtful anybody will really want a <50 unless it's max 20<50.

Considering this I would salvage for the 27hp mod which you will get about 10k for give or take

Use an Expert Salvage kit to get mods out of weapons.

If you use a normal salvage kit you will only get like wood or iron and the weapon mod will be lost.

I believe there is still a risk when you expert salvage that you will get wood/iron/etc. I belive your odds are 80% you will get a weapon mod instead of wood.
