Pictures in posts......how?

I have a question. I can add file attachments,but there so dang small i cant even read them.(19kb).I see alot of posts with the picture of their items on the actual post with the message body.How do you do this? I click the option that says [blah]xxx[blah] but i dont understand what this means to input.
Also is there a way to make your file attachments bigger?

go to www.imageshack.us and use that to upload pictures (after you are done, it will give you the address that you will need to post here..)

then in your post, simply type [!mg]Address of image[/!mg] - but replace the ! with an i. =)

ah, when you upload it, it gives you many many links, click the row of FORUM (1), and paste here, it works.
