PC on some weapons

Hey guys.. I'm kinda new to the forums and I'd like a price check on some items which I've got :

1) Crippling Spatha of Swordsmanship
Slashing Dmg : 15 - 22 (req. 8 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foe
Swordsmanship +1 (20% chance while using skills)

2) Shocking Longbow of Warding
Lightning Dmg : 15 - 28 (req. 12 Marksmanship)
Damage +14% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

3) War Hammer of Hammer Mastery
Blunt Dmg : 19 - 35 (req. 10 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +14%
Health regeneration -1
Hammer Mastery +1 (15% chance while using skills)

4) Icy Giant Slayers Hammer of Enchanting
Cold Dmg : 19 - 35 (req 12 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +14% (while in a stance)
Enchantments last 19% longer

5) Perfect Sword Pommel of Swordsmanship

alright.. thanks alot.. I was wondering though why a Gold Poisoners perfect Spatha is worth 150-200k (i think its somewhere in this forum) while mine is worth only around 100k..

and also fixed the 3rd item.. its supposed to have Damage +14%..
