You can grab the latest version here. New features in this version:

- Elite skill highlighting in the player windows
- Option to turn on and off skill descriptions for print summaries
- Minor bug fixes.

A lot of people have mentioned that sorting by column headers in the skill list doesn't work and there's a good reason for it: it's not implemented. It might be sometime in the future but is not on the top of the priority list.

You need to install .NET Framework. It's in the readme.txt

EDIT: I meant the readme.txt tells you you need .NET Framework to run the program, not .NET Framework is in the readme.
