Nah, Spirit Spammer's best friend is Oath Shot. Many do use this or QZ to speed up Oath Shot's recharge, though.

i am wandering.. since it makes ur skills recharge 33% faster and quickness recharges in 45 seconds... does it make it 30 seconds recharge???

I'm pretty sure it only affects skills that you use when you're already in the stance, which means it won't affect itself unless you use Oath Shot or something to make it recharge early and then use it a second time.

It affects other stances though, so if you used it again before it ran out, it'd recharge faster.

could you use quickening zephr before you cast serpents quickness so that SQ recharges quicker and then recast SQ before the previous runs out and have a permanent SQ?

Yes, SQ improves the recharge of SQ (Asuming you could make it recharge fast enough to activate it again before the last SQ wears off).
So Yes, Under QZ, you can keep SQ up all the time.
Hence...Stockpile Trappers...(See, Oath Shot means you acutally have to aggro something, so 'stockpile' trappers just improve recharge - and then pull the enemy over the traps)

So, since it works on all skills, I'm thinking it would be good to go Rt/R, to make your long recharging spirits recharge faster.

Yeah that cap was in a late update, added in just after factions came out.

Before the update, using both would make ~6-10sec recharge spirits. Rit Lord would take 70-80% off, and then Serpent took 33% of what was left off.

Whenever I have points in Wilderness Survival Serpents Quickness is on my bar. It works great if your a trapper or looking to spam attack skills. Even though I'm not a big fan of Wilderness Survival I do like this skill.
