Bug in UW???

When im in UW, my quest log says I still have one more group remaining. So I go around looking for the last group. Odd I find one last possible enemy that is in sight but he is behind a "wall" of some sort on the left of the map. I myself cant get to him. Anyway of knowing how to fix this or is it just me?

All you can do is cry unless you have some way to hit him over the wall. Had it happen many times so you're not alone.

That DOES suck though have to have some certain types of smiting.
