To be able to open up private districts with just you and your guild and freinds
that would be sweet to see if they make it so that in missions you and your group before you start a mission to be able to have a place to talk alone with out others bugging you

Mute All, Trade and Emotes, use Team chat. Having private districts will take far too much time and energy to have.
If you want to talk to just your Guildmates, use your Guild Hall, that's what it's for.
