Im searching for a flame Artifact Energy +12 (health +45 - enchanted , Armor+5 - enchanted).

Ive been told a collector gives one towards the end of the game, but where is this collector? and what does he want for them if he exists

I Have a Energy +8 (health +45 - while enchanted , Armor+5 - while enchanted) already, is this the max?

The top collectors are in the Southern Shiverpeaks and Crystal Desert. Do a search for collectors in those areas if you want further detail.
