I did not think of this build but my gf sent it to me in email. Looks pretty good but i thought i'd get more opinions.
Strength: 10
Swordmanship: 11 + 1 from a helmet
Smiting Prayers: 10
Strength of Honor
Judge's insight
Battle Rage*
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Savage Slash/Distracting Blow
The skills should be executed in exactly that order. You have to use Stength of Honor only once. Use Judge's Insight right before activating Battle Rage (which also gives you a 25% speed boost, thus accounting for Sprint). With Battle Rage activated, do:
Garlath Slash -> Sever Artery -> Gash -> Garlath Slash (2nd time) -> Final Thrust
If executed properly, you will be able to finish this combo before Judge's Insight and Battle Rage expire.
If you need to interrupt your target, you always have Savage Slash or Distracting Blow.
Use this combo with Gladiator's Armor.
what do you all think? Would using hammer instead of sword get more dmg out of the build plus some knockdowns?
offensive wa/mo

Taranis
I'd replace Smiting Prayers with Healing Prayers and get 11 Swordsmanship and 10 Strenght, I'd also use this skills insteat:
Server Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Trust
Healing Hands {Elite}
Healing Breeze
Mending
Balthazar's Spirit
Just my suggestion, never played a smiting Warrior, may work well too but this way you can keep yourself alive easier...

Lose some Strength, it's not all that good. Max Sword instead.
Frenzy owns Battle Rage.

BATTLE RAGE
Description: For 5-17 seconds, you move 25% faster and gain double adrenaline from attacks. Battle Rage ends if you use any non-attack skills. When Battle Rage ends, you lose all adrenaline.
Energy Cost: 0
Casting Time: 0
Recharge Time: 4 adrenaline
Skill Type: Stance
Linked Attribute: Strength
FRENZY
Description For 8 seconds, you attack 25% faster, but take double damage.
Energy Cost 5
Casting Time 0
Recharge Time 4 seconds
Skill Type Stance
Linked Attribute None
I dunno battlerage seems a lot better to me, where are u getting that frenzy is better?
1. it lasts less, costs energy i dont have a lot of
2. doesnt give u sprint, so u need to waiste another skill slot for sprint or snare of some sort.
Loss of all adrenaline when skill ends shouldnt be a big deal if i follow through with the skill chain above as you would use up alot of it so there isnt much to lose.
But i agree i will take 1 of str and put it into swords.

He's going to have energy problems running Frenzy on this build, though. Battle Rage is great on a low-energy Warrior, and a guy running JI + SoH is pretty close to that.
The one thing I think you'll be missing in PvP is a speed buff. Running back for flags, sprinting between targets, and the like - all incredibly useful things. Sprint is not a skill I want to be without in PvP.
You also might want to consider Distracting Blow over Savage Slash - Distracting Blow gets swung at interrupt speed, while Savage Slash is at normal attack speed, making it that much more difficult to land.
Peace,

yeah i will have to live with poor mans sprint (battlerage) it'll last longer, but more situational as i wont be able to use it while carrying relic cause of adrenal cost.
And good point on Distracting Blow =)
