i have a screen of racism, i found the "support.guildwars.com" im logged in there, but where do i submit the screenie?

submit a question. Make sure you select the option "report rules violation".
then upload your screenshoots in the upload file section. Make sure the shots don't take up more than 5 MB - if they do, convert them to .jpg to shrink their file size.

Can anyone confirm for me what the process is after you hit 'submit' ?

I filled in all the details of a particularly nasty little bout of racist abuse, uploaded a screenshot of under 5 meg and hit 'submit'

Instead of getting a 'thanks for your mail, blah blah message I just got a 'create an account' screen. I already have a play.NC account, but there was nothing on the 'ask a question' tab that indicated I would have to be logged in to do it. Plus, tbh I can't remember my password anyway.

Is this the usual route it follows or should I send another email?

Yup, that'd be it I expect.

I'm never particularly bothered by the swearing (although I wouldn't be especially pleased to have a kid of mine reading it), it'd be naive to think most kids don't know or use them.

I can't abide bigotry in any form, especially racism.

Might as well send another mail I guess. I suppose I'll have to retrieve my password and log in this time.
