Is Stacking Worth It ? (R/mo build)

Let's see how my math is and see if it's worth it. I'd love to have some input on when to stack and when not to.

Judge's Insight: For 8-18 seconds, target ally's attacks deal Holy damage and have +20% armor penetration.

So we'll start the timer at 18 Seconds assuming it's pumped up.

18

Now I'll cast Melandru's Arrows which also lasts for 18 seconds and has a 2 second cast time.

For 18 seconds, whenever your arrows hit, they cause Bleeding for 3-21 seconds and do 8-24 more damage if they hit a target who is under an Enchantment.

Timer is at 16 with no attacks yet.

Now to sort of Make up for this, we'll cast Tiger's Fury which thankfully has a 0 Cast Time! We'll assume 10 seconds of use on this one, but it's highly unlikely that this attribute will be pumped up .

We'll also assume that we're sort of slow on the keyboard and that although it says 0 cast time, it really cost us at least one second.

So under ideal conditions, we've got 15 seconds to of holy damage with 20% armor penetration that makes the enemy bleed and hopefull does another 24 damage because of the enchantment this person is under.

So with a short bow you're firing off about 7 or 8 arrows in 15-16 seconds dealing a nice 192 damage to that enchanted enemy plus the holy damage and other stuff. Seems like a nice addition, but this is relatively new territory for me, so I'm a bit unsure. It seems like the cost of pumping this every 15 seconds or so might be detrimental somehow.

Also, if energy permits you have to take into account things like Hunter's Shot and the like. Their 0 casting time makes them ideal for this type of damage.

I still get the feeling that I'm missing something.

it seems like you are ranger/monk... well from my experience, ranger doesn't get that much of mp, and are those even enough to cast on yourself? unless u are a ranger/monk. but then again having you to cast on yourself continouusely wont b a good idea in pvp, maybe this will work in pve, but u have to consider the fact that there will b mobes and the fact that they will attack you, which u loose hp (if u are soloing) thus must heal yourself so u can't reacast all those 3 buffs again. the best idea is ask a pure monk to cast that on you if u want to do damage. what you are missing is mp, lots of them, you simply cannot cast 3 enchant onyourself then go into combat without any heals. because u'll take damage either way unless u kill enemy before he kills u.

You're using a great deal of enery there. I believe rngers only have 22 base.
Also, There is still armor there which will reduce the amount of damage you do, And lastly the enemy can still do stuff while you're firing. Evade arrows, Heal, Buff, Etc.

Melandru's Arrows is 5 Energy (or 2 if you have Expertise bumped up to 14)
Tiger's Fury is 10 (or 5)
Judge's Insigt is 10

As long as your expertise is at least 8 you should be able to run all three stacks with 1 energy to spare.

-----------------------

I was thinking more in terms of G v G type battles, where you'll have time in between targets to bump this. It does leave you wide open in terms of not being able to heal yourself or cast a defensive spell if you need it, but then again, it's a pretty nasty arrow that will be hitting whatever is coming at you.

It's probably best used at the beginning of a match or as soon as your team has an advantage.
