Ok... The acces key is on the cd cover. the white thing which contains the cd, there should be a code printed on that.

Do you mean security code? If thats what you mean. it could be, i lost my cd-key a long time ago... so i dont really remember.
But just try to enter that, if it fits.

Well... Do you have the game installed now?
Because if you have, You have to make an account (i think (please correct me if im wrong))
And then log into guildwars. Then creat a PvE (player vs. enviorement (sp?)) or a PvP character (player vs. player)
Then you can start playing in Guildwars.
But please provide more information concerning your question.
And for the 5th time. Please use proper punctuation(sp?) (like . ,) and Capital Letters.

Just go slowly and make sure you dont make any mistakes. Assuming you have a valid key and email then it should be easy.
