I have 2 questions
1. Whats a good site to make a forum (free)

2. and is there a site that list all the guilds so i dont take another guilds name?

2. No, but you can look at the ladder at GuildWars.com and see if there is already your guilds name listed (but I think this is for only those that have participated in PVP). Oh, don't worry about taking another guilds name. I don't think it will allow duplicate Guild Names. Worry about them having yours already.

P.S. The guild names are saved from the Beta's. You won't be able to take one that's already been set up.

You can try here, or just attempt to create the guild in-game, it won't allow you to create it if someone else already took it.
