FPS problems in GW

Hey all,

I have serious performance problems in GW. Most of the time my FPS is 70-85, but if I go to outposts my FPS drops to 15-20. Also when i go to the tombs and join in a pvp battle my FPS is very low. And the weird thing is: If i turn all the video options and resolutions low, the FPS wont improve. It stays on 15-20. Does anyone knows a solution? Or experience the same problems?

AMD Athlon XP 3000+
Ati Radeon 9800 pro
Asus A7N8X-X
768 DDR Ram pc 2700 333 MHz
Maxtor Diamond 10 120 Gb Hdd 7200 rpm

Sounds like it could be latency related. What kind of network connection are you on?
