Looking for information about an item

I was wandering about yesterday and found a strange looking axe-class weapon, but as I tried to search rpgtraders etc. for a max damage version of it, no one seems to have heard of it, or at least doesn´t use the same name of it. So is this weapon, "a White Scythe" somehow rare as I haven´t found anyone who could sell me a max dmg version...

It's not rare. It's a weapon used by the White Mantle. It's not a very on demand ax, so people probably don't keep the max versions to sell.
