I'm guessing that the +5 Insightful is very good, but the staff's stats have much to be desired.
Sooooo, what's it worth? Would it be better to salvage and hope for the staff head?

it only got 8 energy on staff, so I don't think anyone will use it. For salvage, if you got head ... is that 30K+ now? if you get wrapping, that could get 7-10k too.
