Sell it as a max damage staff with the 2 +20% mods. They fortitude parts arn't worth so much (I will sell you better If you want).

As for price I'm not real sure as I don't deal with necro items much.

It's a collector item and got quite low lvl upgrades added on it, so price is around 2-3k.
