WTB GOLD Fire Wand With SUPER MODS!!!!!

I'm looking for a GOLD max damage fire wand that has super mods. This means mods like +45 health, +armor, and +energy that dont have catches. For example if most of the mods have a +something(while enchanted), I dont want that. I want mods that are always present regardless of situation. It would also be nice if the wand is fast cast as well.

i dont think they have unconditional on wands, they have em with +10+ energy but theres -1 regen on it
