Collector Item in Lornar's Pass (Battle Axe)

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the stats where for the Battle Axe that the Lornar's Pass collector gives out. The location of this collector is marked with an "a" according to this map.

It's the collector right outside of the area called Dreadnought's Drift.
I know this about the axe: Battle Axe (slashing dmg:6-28, req. 9 axe mastery), but I was hoping that the +15% dmg was when hp is above 50%.

If anyone knows please post, I'm really hoping it's what I want.

The answer you seek is on that very page
"+15% damage while health>50%"
the > indicates health greater than 50%.

Hmm.. I've always wondered what's over there. I'm gonna get a group of level 20s together and fight our way over there. I'll let you know what I find (unless someone else posts before I do).
EDIT: Blah. Too slow.

Thanks for the replies but I just ran there myself, unfortunately it's 15% damage when in stance.

Guess if I want one I have to spend big money!
