I am not saying that you should do this but if it was me with that staff I would salvage it and hope for the +4 armor upgrade. Those are worth a good amount of money and with the staff not maxed od with any stellar mods on it your best bet is prolly to expert salvage.
As for the warrior rune try for 4/5 of the traders price. (Its what I sell to players for). But it's been IDed so.. I'm not real sure on this one.
