Can I get a price check on these items please?

Sword Pommel of Swordsmanship 18%

Staff Wrapping of Enchanting 19%

Sundering Falchion of Swordsmanship req 9
15-22 damage
damage +19% when under 50%
armor pene 8%
swordsmanship +1 19%

Should I expert salvage this sword and hope for the best? How much do you think the sword or the upgrades would be worth? Thanks.
